Order protection made easy.

Checkout+ is available for domestic orders and includes returns, exchanges, and shipping protection.

Returns without Checkout+ are subject to a return fee, deducted from your refund when applicable.

What’s included with Checkout+:

Unlimited Returns & Exchanges
Return or exchange any eligible (non-final sale) item within the return window for free with no return shipping or restocking fees.

Package Protection
If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged in transit, you’re covered. Just report the issue within the specified period of the delivery date and we’ll take care of it.

Checkout+ is for domestic orders only. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Window

Requests received within the standard period are eligible for a refund, and requests within an extended period are eligible for Store Credit or Exchange.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable items

All returned items must be in original and unused condition with tags on. If terms are not met, a restocking fee may apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Store Credit, Refunds, & Exchanges

All returns must be received and processed prior to issuing refunds, store credits or exchanges. Store Credits will be emailed to the customer as a virtual Gift Card Code to be used on a future order at checkout.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
